Mark Seall advises companies on the strategic and operational adoption of artificial intelligence, combining executive-level transformation experience with hands-on technical delivery. He helps organizations move beyond incremental efficiency toward fundamental operational change — defining AI agendas, shaping governance frameworks, and building the capabilities required to embed AI into core operations. Drawing on experience as both a corporate executive and a founder, he is equally at home shaping strategy with boards and executive teams and building working systems alongside engineering teams. As Co-founder and CEO of InferenceCloud.ai and previously Head of Digital Transformation, Analytics and AI at Siemens, he has built AI capabilities from the ground up and led large-scale transformation across global organizations. Mark holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a B.Sc. in Business Information Technology and Software Engineering.
