Simone Arbus (1964) is responsible for the graphics and desktop publishing activities of Dynamics Group in Zurich and India and leads the media planning and media buying activities. She has extensive experience in graphic design, layout and production of publications and advertisements, with a focus on financial reporting. Since 1998 she serves as the Director of a media and graphic design agency and is a recognized media consultant of the Swiss Association of Advertising Agencies, VSW. Simone Arbus was previously responsible for the marketing production at IP Multimedia (currently known as Goldbach Media) and prior to that worked for various companies in the PR and marketing sector.


Thomas Balmer

Thomas Balmer (1967) has more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate and Capital Market Communications. As a member of the executive committee of an international agency, independent advisor and co-partner of an advisory firm specialized in financial communications, he acted as an advisor to domestic and international clients and supported capital market transactions. Before his career as an advisor, he worked as a financial analyst for small and mid-cap companies. Thomas Balmer holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Zurich.

Philippe Blangey (1972) has extensive experience in the area of business and financial communications. He previously worked as a trading and sales specialist for different financial institutions. Philippe Blangey holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences (HWV).

Marianne Fassbind

Marianne Fassbind has been reporting and commenting over 25 years about the Swiss economy and foreign business affairs. She has an excellent experience and an unparalleled network in these areas.
First working as a financial analyst and later as print and TV editor, Marianne is acquainted with communication challenges in respect of management and strategy issues. Furthermore, she can handle crisis situations and Marianne can identify the risks that could lead to reputation damages. Thanks to her long-term experience as a board member and president of the audit committee of a publicly-listed Swiss company, she is aware about the communication mechanisms between boards of directors and management and is familiar with financial reporting and capital market transactions. As member of investment committees and as a board member of a couple of pension funds, the pensions market also belongs to her core competencies. Urs Grob (1969), supports personalities at the top management level of companies and organisations in dealing with communicative and strategic demands from politics, the media or society.
Before joining Dynamics, Urs Grob worked in the Chairman's Office of Credit Suisse Group as Chief of Staff. From 2011 to 2019, he was Deputy Secretary General and Communications Officer of the Security Department of the Canton of Zurich. Prior to that, he worked for over a decade in leading communications agencies in Switzerland as a PR and public affairs consultant.
Urs Grob holds an MA in Philosophy, Medieval Latin and Political Science from the University of Zurich (UZH) and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the London School of Economics (LSE).

She has successfully and sustainably positioned global corporations, internationally active companies and their CEOs and senior executives in internal and external communications with thought leadership - as Head of Group Communications at Siemens AG (Munich), Credit Suisse, ABB (both Zurich) and Roche Diagnostics (Basel). Her industry expertise includes aerospace, banking, consumer goods, software, engineering, healthcare and media. She has worked for both renowned family-owned companies and global corporations.

Christophe Lamps (1958) has a strong background in corporate communications and investor relations, both in an agency setting and within specific companies. Has been partner of Rochat & Partners for 8 years. Before that, was for ten years Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and Investors Relations, as well as spokesman, of Serono, Europe’s largest biotechnology company. Was Managing Director of Hill & Knowlton in Paris (1984 to 1989). Started working for the World Economic Forum, where he took part in the organization of the Davos Symposium, after receiving a Bachelor's degree from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (Geneva) and a Master's degree (MALD) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Boston).

She contributed to the foundation of the ISAG association (Investment Strategists Association of Geneva) in 2009 and is a member of the Economic Section Comittee of the Geneva National Institute since 2019. Isabelle also has PR expertise in the service of culture and various foundations in the fields of contemporary art and classical music.

Lucie Malherbe
Project Manager
Lucie Malherbe's first professional steps were in the media and political communication, followed by a move into institutional communication. Before joining Dynamics Group, she worked at the Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais, on the development and deployment of the hospital's 360° communication strategies, in close collaboration with the General Management. Her network in the regional political and media landscape, her strategic sense and her ability to synthesise information enable her to provide relevant and appropriate responses to the challenges facing her clients.
Lucie Malherbe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Sciences and Sociology - Magna cum laude - from the University of Neuchâtel in 2021 and is currently completing a Master's in Business Communication at the University of Fribourg.


Thierry Meyer

Alexandre Müller (1972) has extensive communication and research experience. As a member of the management team of two investment companies in the biotech and medtech sectors, he acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of investor relations, financial analysis and research. He has a large network in the financial community and is familiar with the requirements of various market participants, including brokerage firms, corporate finance, private banking and asset management companies. Before that he worked as a product manager with an international pharmaceutical corporation. Alexandre Müller has a master's degree in Science (Biochemistry) from ETH Zurich.

Daniel Piazza

Daniel Piazza (b. 1978) specialises in the development and implementation of political communication strategies. He assists companies and organisations in positioning themselves and representing their interests to authorities, associations and politicians.
Before entering the world of consulting, he spent around 15 years at the interface of politics and business. He was CEO and CFO of the Swiss Christian Democratic People’s Party (today: Die Mitte) and Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at CKW. Prior to this, he worked as a project manager at the Zug Institute of Financial Services IFZ and as an author and a consultant to cantonal governments, public enterprises and financial institutions.
Daniel Piazza received a Master in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and completed a doctoral thesis in the field of public management. He also gained a diploma in fundraising management from the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences Winterthur. He speaks German, English and French, and has been a member of the Lucerne Cantonal Parliament and vice president of the Die Mitte parliamentary group since 2015.

Alexandra Rys (1965) has an extensive experience as a communications consultant. From 2012 to 2022, she was Head of Communication at the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIG). During her tenure, she introduced the CCIG to social and was active in raising the public profile of member companies. From 2008 to 2022, she was also a board member of the Services industriels de Genève (SIG) and chaired the Nomination & Compensation Committee.
She has a strong background in politics within Geneva; she is a former alternate MP of the Grand Conseil of the canton of Geneva and a former elected member of the Municipal Council of the City of Geneva – which she chaired from 2011 to 2012.

Alex Segovia

Alex Segovia (1970) has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in renowned international companies in the real estate and construction, financial services and high performance sports sectors. He began his career at Postfinance in international marketing before joining Swiss Post's Corporate Communications unit as Head of Sports Sponsorship. In 2001, he became Marketing & Communications Manager of the Swiss cycling team Phonak.
From 2005 to 2016, as Head of Communications at Losinger Marazzi, he was involved in the repositioning and profound transformation of the construction company into a leader in real estate development and sustainable neighbourhoods in Switzerland. From 2016 to 2019, he was Head of Communications Europe for the Bouygues Construction group in Paris.

Leon Tschudy

Leon Tschudy (1999) is in the final year of his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of St. Gallen HSG. During his studies, he worked at Bank-NOW as a project management assistant in the IT department. He is writing his Bachelor's thesis on the topic of re-use in the construction sector, whereby he is focusing extensively on the matter of sustainability.

Christian Wolf (1972) has been advising European asset managers, insurance companies, banks and pension funds on listed Swiss equities for over 20 years. He has comprehensive and practice-oriented knowledge of the Swiss capital market. He thus supports companies and their executive organs with regard to their positioning in the capital market and their interactions with the financial community. Other key areas of his work include capital market communications, strategic consulting, reputation and crisis management.
Previously he served as a private banker in the area of High Net Worth Individuales / German Futures Exchange (predecessor of EUREX) and holds a degree as a Swiss Certified Finance and Investment Expert (AZEK).

Pia Zürcher
Accountant
Pia Zürcher is responsible for the accounting at Dynamics Group. She prepares monthly reports and provides necessary figures to the management. She has a wide experience in accounting and has been working in this field since 2005. Prior to joining Dynamics Group, she worked with an asset manager and a fiduciary office. Pia Zürcher is Trustee with Swiss Federal Certificate.
