Clarissa Haller (1967) supports and advises companies, executives and communication leaders in their day-to-day business and in phases of change – for example in the event of management changes, transformations and transactions, restructuring or in dealing with reputational and crisis situations.
She has many years of experience as Chief Communications Officer (CCO) of international corporations such as Siemens, Credit Suisse, ABB and Roche Diagnostics. She has designed and implemented comprehensive transformation processes in terms of communications, positioned leadership teams and personalities in relation to various stakeholder groups and realigned communications functions and teams in terms of structure, content and culture.
She also focuses on internal communication and the development of communication strategies that credibly combine culture, change and purpose. She is an expert in the development of modern newsroom structures and content processes as well as the use of digital tools and AI applications in communications.
Her sector expertise includes high-tech companies, industry, healthcare, consumer goods, finance and media; she has worked for well-known family-owned companies as well as global corporations.
Clarissa Haller holds a Master’s degree in German, Art History and American Studies (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich) and a degree in Sustainability Leadership (University of Cambridge).
